Salmon Avocado Wrap

17. June 2020Laura Tassatti

Today, for once, the recipe is not for anything sweet, but for delicious salmon avocado wraps. I really like wraps because you can fill them to your heart’s content. Just rolling them up sometimes turns out to be a bit difficult, when you might have been a bit greedy after all. And then when you eat it, the sauce comes out, because you just managed to roll the wrap up somehow, but the taste is still worth it. At some point you get the hang of it and can proudly eat the perfectly rolled wrap without any mess.

But now to the actual recipe. I got the idea, because in the canteen of the company I’m working at there was a similar wrap that tasted really delicious. The other day my colleague and I were wondering when it would be on the menu again, and lo and behold, shortly afterwards it was on the menu. The only problem: I was on holiday exactly this week! Shortly I was already thinking about postponing my holiday. You have to set priorities! 😉 But then I decided to do a similar wrap at home and the result was really delicious. Even my dad, who used to call the guacamole mush, was very enthusiastic.
