Süßer Couscous mit Joghurt

“I love sleep because its like a time machine to breakfast.”

When I read this quote somewhere in the web I immediatly thought “this is so me!”. I really do lie in bed in the evening sometimes and already look forward to breakfast the next morning, because it’s my absolute favorite meal of the day. I even once had a phase where I asked myself why I should wait till morning to eat my delicious cereal so I decided to eat it in the evening as well. Nowadays I eat something savory for dinner but in the morning it has to be something sweet. There are just to many good sweet things like croissanst with jam or chocolatecereal… but because I do try to eat healthy without starting every day with a sugar bomb some alternatives are needed. One of them is this sweet couscous with yoghurt and some fresh fruit. With some chia seeds to get some healthy Omega-3 acids and other nutritients and some honey to make it a little sweeter. Raisins are also a must for me because I’m one of those persons who like raisins, but don’t worry if you just grimaced. You can make the recipe without them 😉 For the photo I used some mango and plums and topped it with some coconut flakes but of course you can use any other fruit instead. Hope you enjoy the recipe and tell me what you usually like to have for breakfast.
